Terms of Service

The service

Oouuh AI creates original musical videos from exactly two portraits, an optional background and your lyrics. The initial specification is Seedance 2 Mini, 12 seconds, 720p, with generated audio, for 10 credits per video. AI output varies; exact likeness, timing or word-for-word singing is not guaranteed.

Your content and account

Use only photos, likenesses and lyrics you have the right and consent to use. Do not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive content. Keep your account credentials private. You authorize processing of the submitted content by the generation service to carry out your request.

Credit packs

Single costs USD 9.99 for 10 credits. Duo Pack costs USD 29 for 50 credits. Crew Pack costs USD 50 for 100 credits. These are one-time purchases with no subscription or automatic recharge. Prices and credits are validated by the server. A checkout return URL alone does not grant credits.

Applicable taxes are calculated and added at checkout. Stripe Managed Payments processes purchases as merchant of record and may offer payment in your local currency. The final currency and total are shown before payment.

Purchased credits are valid for 365 days (one year) from each batch's grant time. Later purchases do not extend existing batches. Expired credits are excluded from the available balance. See Credits for each batch's expiry.

A confirmed generation failure returns the charged credits at most once to their original batches with their original expiry. If a batch expired during generation, the return may not increase available balance. Contact support with the task ID for a review and any applicable manual compensation. Uncertain submissions are investigated and are not automatically resubmitted or refunded.

Files and availability

Photos expire 24 hours after upload. A photo with less than two hours remaining must be uploaded again before generation. Successfully saved videos are available for 30 days. Download your files before expiry. Expiry blocks access immediately; physical deletion happens through scheduled cleanup afterward. Deleting a completed or failed work does not refund credits or remove transaction records.

The service does not offer cancellation of queued, generating, uncertain or pending-save tasks. Removing a photo from the form only removes that reference; the stored photo still follows its original 24-hour expiry.

Support and refunds

See the Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Contact pages. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. Production payment availability and generation are subject to service configuration and completion of launch testing.
