What we process

We process your account details, uploaded portraits and optional background, lyrics, selected style, generation status, support requests and purchase records to provide this service. Payment details are processed by the payment provider; this website does not store full card numbers.

Private files and generation providers

Your input photos and generated videos are private on this website. File requests require your account and ownership checks. We do not automatically publish your content as examples. Authorized service operators may access data as needed to operate and support the service.

KIE and its model providers must process the selected images and lyrics to generate a video. KIE receives temporary, file-specific access to input photos. Our website retention periods do not govern provider copies. Provider retention and deletion practices are still being verified before public launch; we do not promise simultaneous deletion from third-party systems.

SeeAPI processes submitted text, uploaded images and generated videos for content moderation. It receives temporary, file-specific access to private media. Video checks sample frames and do not assess the audio track. Content that has not passed our checks is not released for viewing or download. Third-party retention policies apply to provider copies.

Retention and deletion

Photos become inaccessible 24 hours after upload. Reusing a photo or restoring a purchase draft does not extend this period. Videos are available for 30 days after successful saving. Source photo expiry does not shorten video availability.

Completed and failed tasks can be deleted from My Videos. This removes access immediately and requests deletion of the video and any dedicated cover. Input photos keep their original expiry. In-progress tasks cannot be canceled or deleted through My Videos.

Expired files are denied immediately. Background maintenance removes the physical files afterward, and failed deletion attempts are retried. Cleanup timing must be verified in staging before launch; we do not promise deletion at an exact second. Minimal task markers, credit records and purchase records remain for accounting and to prevent duplicate charges, refunds or restored deleted files.

Browser storage and cookies

Essential cookies support sign-in. A purchase draft may be stored in this browser session under your account, containing lyrics, options and private photo references. Signing out clears these drafts. Changing accounts prevents another account from seeing them. Optional analytics and marketing integrations, if enabled, are governed by the site's cookie settings.

Your requests

Use Contact to request help, account data access or deletion. Include the relevant task or order ID, without passwords or payment details. We retain records required to handle transactions and applicable obligations.
