Refund Policy
Credit returns, payment questions and failed generations.
Last updated: 2026-10-14
Failed generations
When a generation is confirmed failed, its charged credits are returned once to the original credit batches. The original expiry dates apply. A timeout alone does not establish failure: uncertain tasks remain under review to avoid paying for a second generation or issuing a premature return.
If credits expired while a task was running, a return to that batch will not make them spendable. Contact support with the task ID. Support can check the original charge and any previous compensation before making a manual adjustment.
Purchases
Purchased credits expire 365 days after each grant. Deleting a video does not refund its credit charge. Purchasing again does not extend old credits. Credit returns are different from refunds to a payment method.
For duplicate payments, billing mistakes or purchase refund requests, contact support with the order number and a description. Requests are reviewed against payment records and applicable consumer rights. This page does not promise automatic cash refunds or a response deadline that has not been established.
